1) Helium-inflation allow balloon to float. Floating time for 24'' bubble balloon is about 3-5 Days. 12'' latex balloon is 8-10 hours indoor condition. (Depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported)

2) Uninflated (Flat packaging) - Self inflation using hand pump is needed.
