Prodotto con uve accuratamente selezionate di sangiovese e ciliegiolo, esposte ai venti di maestrale, questo vino affina per 9-12 mesi in tonneaux e, successivamente, per lo stesso periodo, in bottiglia. Invita alla beva come pochi altri.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai piatti tipici della tradizione toscana, si sposa bene con i salumi, il pecorino e anche con la bistecca alla fiorentina.

Great little temper

Works great! Only problem is that it doesn’t have that feel of tamping. Wish I had more feedback. It just goes down very easily and doesn’t have that feeling of solid tamping. Now that doesn’t mean it’s not doing its job. Works fine but would like some manual feedback.
