Assaggio elegante che mostra tannini fini e integrati, animato da una succosa freschezza.Il Toscana Rosso IGT “Filide” 2014 nasce dall’unione di uve sangiovese, syrah e alicante bouschet allevate in biologico nei vigneti di proprietà. Le tre varietà sono vendemmiate e fermentate separatamente in acciaio. L’assemblaggio definitivo che precede l’imbottigliamento è eseguito al termine di un’affinamento di 36 mesi tra acciaio e legno. Un rosso che non tradisce le origini e che porta nel calice la croccantezza di una tra le annate più fresche del nuovo millennio.
Rosso elegante perfetto con i primi e i secondi della cucina di terra, come le tagliatelle al ragù e la tagliata di manzo.

Pretty not practical

I want to like this blanket because it’s soft and pretty but it’s unfortunately one of the most annoying blankets I’ve ever had. I got this blanket to replace my comforter for summer because it’s too hot and this blanket wouldn’t be. Well because or of it’s soft underneath and the fact that the two layers are only sewn together at the edges all night long it rolls into itself and won’t stay in place. I’ve tried tucking it under my mattress but by morning my bottom half is freezing while my top half sweats because the entire blanket will have slid up.
