Snare Pad and Tom Pads with Multi-Sensor Trigger Technology

We have equipped the snare pad and tom pads of the diabolo 3 series with a new trigger system consisting of three head sensors and one rim sensor. This trigger system – ready for positional sensing – transmits hits to the module authentically, whether played in the center or at the rim of the pad.

A corresponding drum module can fine-tune various sound nuances, which, like with acoustic drums, change depending on the striking position and make your playing truly unique.

The three head sensors of the drum-tec diabolo 3 series are positioned in the center of the shell. Their arrangement and wiring eliminate the occurrence of a hotspot in the center, so you can play without worrying about avoiding it. Focus entirely on your performance and unlock your full potential without limitations.

Thanks to the clever suspension of the trigger system and an integrated rim trigger beneath the cushions, the rim elements of your playing are also captured perfectly.

Bass Drum Pad for Solid Punch – Even with Double Pedal

With our world-renowned "real feel" kick drum trigger/dampening system, you experience an absolutely authentic rebound with a powerful "punch." The beater sinks into the mesh head just like an acoustic drumhead – and you can feel it!

The precise fine-tuning of the sensor ensures equal detection of hits from both the left and right beaters when using a double pedal. This ensures all hits are reproduced with the same sensitivity, guaranteeing consistent and uniform triggering. Of course, you also get an optimal triggering experience with a single pedal!

drum-tec design Mesh Heads

The shells of the diabolo 3 series are fitted with 2-ply drum-tec design mesh heads on the batter side. These provide excellent rebound, very low acoustic noise, and superb trigger response. It's no wonder they are among our bestsellers!

The bass drum is also equipped with a design mesh head as the batter head. On the bass drum mesh head, you will find a pre-installed protection dot that adds extra durability, especially when using felt beaters.
