The 02-06 DC5 RSX, 02-05 EP3 Civic Si Hatchback, K-Swapped 01-05 EM2 civics all have returnless fuel setups that use special EFI fittings at all of the fuel related connections. For these chassis, K-Tuned has developed pre-assembled fuel feed line kits using lightweight black fuel hose and black anodized fuel fittings. These lines are designed to completely replace the ugly stock rubber fuel line all the way from the firewall to the fuel rail and will help to clean up the look of any engine bay.
The first connection is made at the firewall, using a special female EFI fuel adapter that properly adapts the factory hardline to a standard 6AN male fitting. Note that K-Tuned's special adapter fitting uses a threaded aluminum locking clip to ensure that the connection is secure and leak free.
This is the standard side inlet that connects on the left side of the rail and allows the use of K-Tuned's center fuel pressure gauge if desired and is sold separately.
