I bought the Orka stick to help with teething and it proved to be very durable and became his favorite toy. He loves the new one just as much enthusiasm. boomer doesn't like the rope so I removed it.

This toy now has like cotton and polyester strings through the toy tied into knots it easily to chews a part with the dogs, sticks in their teeth and makes a mess, Also easily pulls right through out of the rubber chew toy . After less than one day I ended up throwing away this knotted ball of string and I threaded some fleece strips through the toy and made large nots at the ends, it is now holding up quite well To a pretty aggressive puppy chewer. But I pretty much had to make my own toy
