Hier baut das Unternehmen, das heute von der dritten Generation der Familie gefhrt wird, mehrere Rebsorten an, darunter Tannat, die reprsentativste Rebsorte des Landes. Preludio ist der
Lagerung bis zu 30 Jahre. Es wird empfohlen, ihn eine halbe Stunde lang zu dekantieren. Preludio ist der repräsentativste Wein des Unternehmens und wird aus einer Mischung aus Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot und Petit Verdot hergestellt. Die Trauben werden von Hand ausgewählt und geerntet. Nach einer Mazeration von ca. 3 Wochen und der Gärung ruht der Wein in Fässern in den alten unterirdischen Kellern des Anwesens für ca. 24-30 Monate, mit einer halbjährlichen Auswahl der besten Fässer, bevor der endgültige Verschnitt erfolgt. Der Wein zeigt eine intensive Farbe mit rot-violetten Tönen und einigen violetten Reflexen. In der Nase ist der Wein komplex und anhaltend mit Noten von reifen Beeren, Blumen, Gewürzen und Kaffee. Am Gaumen ist er konzentriert und voll, rund und weich, mit eleganten Tanninen und einem langen Abgang, der an fruchtige Noten erinnert. Er kann jetzt zu gegrilltem Fleisch und Rinderbrust genossen werden, aber er kann sich auch in ein paar Jahrzehnten im Keller wunderbar entfalten.Shipping Notes

Quality and durable socks

Great quality socks. This pack was a lot taller on the cuff and bigger than previous batches I have had. Not sure what the change was, but giving it 4 instead of 5 because I preferred the smaller shorter ones they previously made. But these are great quality socks, and last a long time.
