Diese handgefertigte Vase ist ein skulpturales One of a Kind Objekt der Künstlerin Theresa Gößmann. Ihre Form ist durchbrochen und unregelmäßig, mit Öffnungen, die wie bewusst gesetzte Einschnitte wirken. Die Vase scheint weniger geformt als vielmehr freigelegt, als wäre Material entfernt worden, um Raum entstehen zu lassen.

Die Oberfläche trägt deutliche Spuren der Handarbeit. Rillen, Brüche und Glasurverläufe erzählen vom Prozess und verleihen dem Objekt eine rohe, beinahe archaische Präsenz. Trotz – oder gerade wegen – ihrer Offenheit wirkt die Vase stabil und geerdet.

Sie funktioniert sowohl als eigenständiges skulpturales Objekt als auch in Kombination mit wenigen, gezielt platzierten Zweigen. This is a great and very functional paper towel holder. It is heavy enough to stay where you put it and the tension arm holds the paper towels really well so that you can actually tear one off with one hand. There is a ring on the top of the holder so, if you have two hands free you could hold on to that for stablizing the holder but it really isn't necessary because it stays in place really well. The only advise I would give is to be sure that the next paper towel on the roll is a bit past the tension arm so that you don't have to adjust the roll to get the arm to hold the next towel. This is a great invention and I'm so happy that I have found it.
